I just learned of the sad news of Jacks passing.  I had the privilege to know and work with Jack as a client of mine during various business dealings.  Yet over the years I came to very much like and appreciate Jack as a good, down-to-earth and caring man.  I liked Jack, and he will be sorely missed.

Growing up without a dad I waa lucky to have Jack as my neighbor and stand in Dad. Through the good times and bad, Jack was there to guide me. Rest In Peace my Friend.

I remember the first time I met Mr. Oliver.  I was with my Mom, Dad and brother Joel.  We were standing 2 lots down from his house on the lot that would later be our house.  My Dad saw Mr. Oliver as they had know each other through business.  That was in 1961 or so.  Seems not so long ago.  He was a great man and I am happy to have been neighbors with the Oliver family all those years.  May he rest in peace.

Elwood and I were deeply saddened when you phoned about losing you husband.  We will be with you at the funeral service.  God bless you and your family in this time of sorrow.
