Jack Helton passed away peacefully at home Monday evening, November 26, 2012, at the age of 84. Jack was born on October 13, 1928 in Cincinnati, Ohio. Jack is survived by his wife of 66 years, Elaine (Hendrick) Helton. He is also survived by his children, Barry John Helton and wife Linda Colwell, Deborah Ann Macbeth and husband Donald, Pamela Joan Blaker and husband David, Jeffrey Paul Helton and wife Deborah, Heidi Ann Rockecharlie and husband Nicholas, and grandchildren, Erica Alicia Fisher, Stephanie Nicole (Helton) McClanahan, husband Jason, and children Lila Kate and Deacon Kyle, Ashley Michele (Helton) Fuller, husband Brent and daughter Leighton Carly, Robert Andrew Palculict and wife Mary, Joseph Reid O’Leary and daughter Kiley Rose, David Creighton Rockecharlie, wife Paige and daughters Eva Jules and Daphne Celeste, Kevin Marshall Rockecharlie, wife Kellye and children John Marshall and Rachel Catherine, and Patrick Ryan Rockecharlie.
A memorial service will be held Friday, Nov. 30, at 1:00 p.m. at Forest Park Funeral Home, 12800 Westheimer, Houston, Texas 77077.
