Iva C. Phillips, 62, of Houston, Texas gained her wings on June 15, 2019. She was born in Houston, Texas on October 22, 1956 to parents Classie Lee Fisher and Andrew Phillips. Iva Phillips was married to James Domaingue for 34 years and devoted her life to her family.
She is survived by her husband, James Domaingue; children, Marsha Phillips-Murray and husband Quinn, and Desmond Phillips and wife Chastity; grandchildren Shenice, Jamarcus, Desmond, Jr., Anthony, Jay’Lyn, and Demarcus; siblings Oveta Washington and Andre Washington. She was preceded in death by her parents, Classie Lee Fisher and Andrew Phillips; siblings, Albert Washington, Dorothy Willis, and Arthur Washington.
Services will be held at American Heritage Funeral Home, 10710 Veterans Memorial Drive, Houston, Texas 77038.
