Iraida Gonzalez, 81-year-old of Houston, Texas, passed away on June 9, 2021. Daughter of Esteban Gonzalez and Filomena Rodriguez, she was born on August 15. 1939. Iraida was married to Francisco Gonzalez for 58 years. She was co-owner of World Stone Fabricators, Inc. with her husband, Francisco, for over 30 years. Iraida was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and loyal friend. She was a Segunda Iglesia Buatista Libertad congregate. Iraida had a passion for helping others, particularly recent immigrant arrivals. Her hobbies included cooking, fashion, interior design, and collecting Lladro porcelain figurines.
Iraida is preceded in death by her parents Esteban Gonzalez and Filomena Rodriguez, her sister Elsa Gonzalez and her brother Sergio Gonzalez. She is survived by her husband Francisco Gonzalez, and her children Neisy L. Gonzalez, Noel C. Gonzalez, Richard N. Gonzalez, and her grandson Anthony P. Gonzalez and her daughter-in-law Salem Gonzalez.
