Gregory Alan Robinson, age 60, of Humble, Texas passed away on Saturday, December 24, 2022. He was born in Benton Harbor, Michigan on September 3, 1962. In 1980, he graduated from Benton Harbor High School and entered a brief career in the United States Navy, serving under two enlistments. After his discharge from the Navy, he received a Surgical Tech Certificate from Grand Rapids Educational Center in 1997. He then went on to obtain his Surgical First Assistant Certification in 2012.
In July 1987, Gregory married his first and only wife, high school sweetheart, Gwen Nash. This union yielded two children. Although the marriage later dissolved, they maintained a cherished friendship until his passing. He had a career in surgical healthcare for Cleveland Regional Hospital and Emergency Hospital Systems. Gregory was a former baseball player and wrestler and his passions included family, playing dominos, football, and most of all - music!
Gregory is preceded in death by his parents, Zelma Robinson and Harvey Robinson. He is survived by children, Kristen Ellison and Kyle Robinson; a grandchild, Josiah Ellison; siblings, Gary (Tammi) Robinson, Gordon (Brenda) Robinson and Sharon (Ron) Hicks.
