Gregorio Ruiz, 87, passed away Sunday, June 19, 2011. Mr. Ruiz is preceded in death by his wife Angelita Ruiz. He is survived by his children; Irma Ruiz, Benjamin Aguilar, Esthela Garza, Andres Ruiz, Gloria Verastegui, Imelda R. Alvarado, Jorge L. Ruiz, Guadalupe Ruiz, Maria Saenz, Petra Reyes, Carmen Lara and Olga Sanchez, 26 Grandchildren and 32 Great Grandchildren along with numerous extended family members & friends. Visitation will be from 4:00-9:00 p.m. on Wednesday, June 22, 2011, at Forest Park Lawndale Funeral Home, and a rosary will be recited at 7pm. Funeral Mass is scheduled for Thursday 11:00 a.m. on June 23, 2011 at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church with Rev. Henry B. Walker, O.M.I. as Celebrant. Rite of Committal will follow in Forest Park Lawndale Cemetery.
