Andy was the truest of true gentleman. I learned life lessons in his sincere, kind words.  Thresa, he will walk beside you today & always, guiding you & your family.  I am extremely grateful & blessed to have had him in my life. My prayers are with you always.

It was a pleasure having to have known Andy I remember when I first met him I called him Larry even when he knew I was calling him the wrong name he just smiled real BIG and gave me a BIG hug I will for hold all the great memories we had at bible study and everywhere we saw him at. We all know you are in a better place rest in pease brother.
 


I’ll forever love, cherish and miss all the random “I love you” messages and phone calls that  always started out as “HEY, my favorite niece..!”

I have such fond memories of Andy. He was such a gentle spirit, his smile was so bright and he had such a big heart. He loved his family dearly and his friends as well. We all had so much fun together “back in the day.” He was such a good man. You’re all in my thoughts and prayers. ❤️

a Great  husband...father...pappy and friend...it wasn’t supposed to end like this..we were gonna all grow old together but I suppose God had other plans ..he knew you were tired and took you home to rest...that is my only comfort...those who passed before us will be loving the one we grieve for today...we will be there shortly and promise to look after Thresa till we get there...we love you so very much...


I am Andy’s sister in law and I had knee surgery. Him and Theresa came and fixed me a bed in the living room and when I was well them and their friends moved me back to my room. The George Allen family has been so good to me and mine. He will be missed greatly.

Aunt Thresa my heart just aches for you... The love you and Andy shared for each other was always an inspiration to me and so many others as well I’m sure of it. I can say it’s truly been a blessing to have gotten to be a part of the family and have great memories with two of the most loving people I know!  I love y’all so very much and will definitely keep you, Amber and the babies in our hearts and prayers ❤️ 

Andy Allen a man of valor:
Valor: strength of mind in regard to conflict (cancer); personal bravery! Courageous! Resolutely fearless!
Andy always wore a smile and we laughed a lot together. He never complained, never looked for sympathy!
Andy was a true warrior, a friend and a brother!!

Theresa and Andy were the first couple we ever spoke to when my husband began his journey at MD Anderson. The love, care, support and willingness to stay in touch has meant so much. You are both an inspiration to so many! Thank you for being a huge inspiration to us. Love and prayers. ❤️🙏

I would have to say it never mattered how his day was, anytime I encountered him he always had a hug and a smile for you.  He was one of the biggest, kind hearted person I have had the privilege of knowing and calling family.  May you fly high in all its glory.  You will forever be missed. And forever in our hearts.

I have so many good memories with your family. We went camping, to Astroworld, riding in the boat & spent so much time together. I cherish all of the wonderful memories we shared together. Uncle Andy, Aunt Thresa & Amber will always hold a special place in my heart. I'm so grateful to have shared so many memories with all of you. I love you all so much.
