Frank grew up attending school, selling newspapers and helping to support his mother and family. He proudly served his country in the U.S. Army during the Korean War, and later became a member of the American Legion. He had a lengthy career working in printing and machine shops. Frank was an active member in his Magnolia neighborhood, where he coached many generations of little league baseball, was an umpire for the community parks and served as an officer at both the YWCA and Ripley House Senior Programs. He enjoyed an incredibly social life, regularly attending community happenings, political events, dances and sporting events. He enjoyed traveling, reading the newspaper, dining out and spending time with his family. He leaves behind a wonderful legacy of a life well lived, and will be greatly missed by family and friends.
Frank is preceded in death by his parents, three brothers and one sister; his loving wife Isabel Dominguez; and his son Edward Dominguez.
Left to cherish his memory is his sister Frances Dominguez and family; daughter-in-law Martha Dominguez; his son Andrew Dominguez & wife Ruth; his grandchildren Israel Dominguez, Enrique Dominguez & wife Melissa, Dominique Dominguez, and Christopher Brandon Dominguez; and his great grandchildren Makayla Dominguez, Grayson Dominguez, Madison Dominguez, Gavin Dominguez and Eleanor Dominguez.
