She is preceded in death by her parents Henrietta B. and Isidro Raya; sister, Rose Mendoza and Endora Cavazos.
Frances was a loving and generous spirit. She was devoted to her children and grandchildren. The best of her lives on in her descendants. Her memory will be cherished by her survivors, daughter, Marina Armstrong; sons, Mark & Jessica Mendez, Mike & Stacy Mendez, Johnny & Veronica Rodriguez; grandchildren, Eric, Bel, Emily, Destiny, Gage, Kaleb, Joshua, Mathew, Lucas, Esmeralda, Adrian; great-grandson, Brantley; brothers, Tim Raya, Martin Mendoza, Rudy Raya, Bobby Raya; sisters, Della Mata, Josie Mendoza, Angie Tuell, Erminia Ponce and Trini Rowe.
All services will be held at Brookside Funeral Home, 13747 Eastex Freeway, Houston, Texas 77039, on Saturday, April 16, 2022. Visitation from 1:30-2:30pm, Funeral Service at 2:30-3:30pm.
