Eva Diaz Cantu, 80, of Houston, Texas, entered eternal rest on December 24, 2020. She was born on July 28, 1940 in Houston, Texas. Eva graduated from Jefferson Davis High School in 1958. She married Baldemar Cantu Jr. July 13, 1962 and was married for 57 years. Eva had a long career with the Internal Revenue Service with 35 years of service.
Left to cherish her loving memory son Baldemar Cantu III and his wife Linda, daughter Carol Jane Cantu and her husband JR Ramirez; granddaughters: Alyssa Renee Fernandez and her husband John Hock, Ashlee Cantu; great-grandson Adam Cantu, siblings: Beatrice Pizzini, John Diaz and his wife Olivia, Dora Diaz, Elizabeth Lopez and her husband Ruben, Ruth Parkinson and her husband Tim. She was preceded in death by her parents Lazaro and Juanita Diaz, brother Joe Diaz and loving husband Baldemar Cantu Jr.
She will be missed dearly, but never forgotten.
