Eugene Ray Lindsay, born December 15, 1931 passed away October 3, 2015. He is preceded in death by his parents, Wallace and Cora; 5 brothers, 2 sisters, daughter, Karen, grandson Ryan. He will be greatly missed by his wife Cynthia; sons, Scott, Chris and step-son, Don; daughters, Shari, Kelli, and step-daughter, Kym; granddaughters, Candi, Marissa, Ceslie, Cristi, and Isabella; grandsons, Jason, Tim, Christopher and Daniel; many great grandchildren, great great-grandchildren, and numerous relatives. His nephew Don, he considered a brother and best friend and also very close friends; Bill Enyart and Harvey Ford.
Gene’s life was lived to the fullest; a little boy from Kansas, who followed his dream; a worldwide traveler, and along the way became a great fisherman. He worked in the oil industry until 2015. He is also a proud Air Force vet.
He had great friends and encouraged everyone he met to achieve and be their best; in work and life.
The family would like to send out a special Thank You to all the wonderful friends for your support. The world has lost a wonderful man. What a privilege, for us all to have known him.
A Celebration of Life will be held to share the stories we hold dear of his wonderful life with family and friends. Gene, “On the Road Again”.
