Esther is survived by her children: Thomas Preston Manuell, Judith Lynn Manuell-Marnell, Mary Kathleen Manuell, 4 grandchildren, & 9 great-grandchildren.
Esther raised Dachshunds and had 2 males that won the title of grand champion. She was an avid gardener and earned the title of Master Gardener. She loved art and was extremely creative with sewing, embroidery, flower arrangements, and painting.
Esther was a member of the Daughters of the American Revolution (DAR) and Daughters of the Repulbic of Texas (DRT). She was married for 62 years to Louis Preston Manuell when he passed May 1, 2014. She loved people, shopping, and enjoyed reading.
A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, September 25, 2021 at 10:00 A.M. at La Porte Community Church, 202 South 1st Street, La Porte, Texas 77571.
