Ernest Ray Price passed away peacefully in his sleep on Thursday, May 24, 2012 at the age of 73. He was born August 11, 1938 in Jasper, TX to Carl & Mavis Price. He is preceded in death by his father, Carl R. Price and his son, John Arlan Price. He is survived by his wife Kazuko Price, son, Carl Price & wife Darlene; grandchildren: Eric, Kelly, Audrey & Logan Price; along with 6 great grandchildren; mother, Mavis Price Jackson & husband Howard; brother, James Price & wife Elmerette; sister, Maureen Price Almon; and a host of loving family & friends. He grew up in Houston, TX. Upon graduation he served in the U.S. Army. After his military service, he returned to Houston and worked for Wilson Industried and Houston Engineers until his retirement, he worked in the Conroe ISD fro many years. He was an avid outdoorsman and enjoyed hunting, fishing and gardening. Visitation will be Sat., May 26th from 5-8pm at Brookside Funeral Home. Graeside Services will be 2:30pm, Sun., May 27th in Brookside Memorial Park with Masonic Services conducted under the auspices of Conroe Masonic Lodge # 748.
