I have had the priviledge of meeting Eric in April of this year.  He has prayed for me and I have had the priviledge of being participant in a study he was facilitating.  God has blessed me with knowing Eric whose twinkle in his eyes relayed how much he truly loved God and people.  He is an encouragement to me to strive to push myself to become more outgoing for the Lord and to love people as he obviously did by the genuine concern and time he was willing to spend listening to others.  I have been forever encouraged and touched by his life.

I love the way Eric loved the Lord and served Him.  Eric blessed everyone with his loving prayers, and his warm caring nature.  It was an honor and pleasure to grow closer to God with Eric.

I am thankful for the time that I knew you, and sorely wish that I had more. I enjoyed our fellowships, and will miss your gentle wisdom and friendship always. Heaven is a richer place, since you've entered...

I believe we may have been on the same home team for a short time. I remember when we first met it was one of those spirit recognizing the spirit moments. I never got to share that with you but i'll pray that an angel gets that message to you.

Eric...words cannot express the human being that you were while on this earth. Your nurturing and caring spirit always inspired me. Thank you Lord for Eric's time here as he touched many lives. His compassion for others' worries far outweighed his own, always. I miss you dearly especially on this day, my bday, and wish I could've been there for you more, but I know you are so loved. Until I see your beautiful, sweet smile again dear friend. I know you are praying over us. May you rejoice and dance with our Lord and rest in true peace. We love you truly in Jesus' name.

I met Eric about three years ago at River Pointe church through our being on the prayer team together and both attending a weekly prayer morning where we found that we shared a passionate love for the Lord and belief in the healing power of prayer. Eric joined our home team and we became ministry partners and friends.

Eric loved many things---

ERIC LOVED GOD. He pursued an intimacy with God and Jesus and desired to always be guided by the Holy Spirit. His closeness to God challenged everyone else to strive for the same.
ERIC LOVED PRAYING WITH AND FOR OTHERS and loved seeing and hearing about lives transformed by God.
ERIC LOVED TALKING TO OTHERS ABOUT GOD and hearing about how God was working in their lives.
ERIC LOVED HIS HOME TEAM and other groups that he met with during the week.
ERIC LOVED DANCING, particularly swing dancing, and went dancing 2 or 3 times a week. My husband saw him and his dance partner Linda practice one night and was amazed at how high Eric lifted Linda up and slung her around.
ERIC LOVED TO RIDE HIS MOTORBIKE 
And ERIC LOVED TO LAUGH and tell funny stories, usually about himself.  There would be times when we'd be wiping away tears of laughter from our faces.
Most of all, ERIC LOVED TO SERVE GOD and he is now serving him face to face. I will miss Eric greatly and am praying for his family and friends.

Eric was a sweet man of God with a sweet spirit. I am so glad that God allowed us to cross paths on our spiritual journey. Eric prayed for so many to be healed and to come to know the Lord as their Savior. Eric's work is finished here on Earth, but his legacy will live in all the lives he has touched. We love and miss you, Eric!
