Era Marie Bradford

Era Marie Bradford went to be with her Lord on February 15, 2018. She was born April 17, 1946 in Tenaha, Texas to parents, Ima Jane and Rev. James Herbert Shires. Era is preceded in death by her parents, Ima Jane Shires and James Herbert Shires; her first husband, Lloyd Ray Jones; second husband, George Silas Bradford; daughter, Linda Marie Jones; and nephew, Michael Douglas Belcher. She is survived by her sons, George Silas Bradford, Jr. and wife Dawn, James Earl Jones and wife Norma; fourteen grandchildren, Jonathan Bradford, Thomas Bradford, Michael Bradford, Hanna Jones, James Jones Jr., Anthony Jones, Morgan Griswold, Matthew Griswold, Nicholas Jones, Nathan Jones, Taysia Holmes, Paul Ciurana, Alexis Ciurana, Cailee Ciurana; three great-grandchildren, Abriel Jones, Saylor Serrano, Christopher Flores; two sisters, Laveta Wietkowski and Sandra Belcher; as well as numerous friends and other family members.

A visitation will be held on Sunday, February 18, 2018 from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m., a Funeral Service will be held on Monday, February 19, 2018 at 10:00am at Brookside Funeral Home, with a burial to follow at Brookside Memorial Park, 13747 Eastex Freeway, Houston, Texas 77039.
