It is with heartfelt sadness that we announce the sudden passing of our beloved husband, father and friend on October 24, 2024 in his 62nd year of life surrounded by his loving family and many friends. Adored husband of Jenny Silvestri for 18 years. Devoted and loving father of Mia and Sabrina. Beloved son of Pina Silvestri and pre-deceased by his father Egidio (Gino) Silvestri. Son-in-law of Omaira Russo. Dear brother and brother-in-law of Ray (Athena) Silvestri and Claudio (Donna) Silvestri. Sadly missed by his many nephews, nieces, cousins and friends.
Emidio was born in Hamilton, Ontario and moved to Houston, Texas in 1989. He made Houston his home while pursing a real estate career. He went on to own and operate a successful HVAC company.
A faithful devoted father, husband and friend, his greatest joy was spending time with everyone he loved while cooking and telling stories. He was a kind, generous and humorous man who enriched everyone’s life with his presence. But most of all, he was extremely proud of his two beautiful girls.
In 2005, Emidio met Jenny and soon after they started their family. His daughters enlightened his life as he was happy to be the doting father whenever his girls needed him. Emidio was always there to cheer them on.
Emidio was a steadfast man who embodied all of God’s goodness in life. He will be forever missed by his many loved ones.
