Elva was the heart of our family, independent and thoughtful. She was also the most loving and caring mother anyone could ever ask for. Every kid in the neighborhood called her mom because that's the person she was. She loved spending time with her family anytime she could. We will cherish all the wonderful memories we had with her. Elva is now in heaven resting with her loving daughter Marisol Martha Castillo. Everyone will truly miss her.
.
We invite our family and friends to Elva's viewing on Friday, October 18, 2024, from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM at Funeraria Del Angel Crespo, 2516 NAVIGATION BLVD, HOUSTON, TX 77003. "Forever in Our Hearts"
Fill not your hearts with pain and sorrow,
But remember me in every tomorrow.
Remember the joy, the laughter, the smiles, I’ve only gone to rest a while.
Although my leaving causes pain and grief,
My going has eased my hurt and given me relief.
So dry your eyes and remember me, not as I am now but as I used to be.
I will remember you all and look on with
a smile, understanding in your hearts
I’ve only gone to rest a while.
As long as I have the love of each of you,
I can live my life in the hearts of all of you.
And I still hold the title of Best Mom Ever! (made you smile)
