Elsa Martínez Jiménez was born in Jiquima, Las Villas, Cuba on December 14, 1933 and started her eternal journey to heaven on January 6, 2020. It was very appropriate for her journey to begin on the Epiphany as her relationship with God was very strong. She was preceded in death by her parents, Miguel Martinez and Bienvenida (Nina) Hernandez and her wonderful mother-in-law, Aurelia Jimenez. She is survived by her loving husband of 60 years, Elpidio Jimenez; daughter, Elena Soler, grandsons, Glenn-Eric, Alexander and Scott Soler; son, Emilio Jimenez, wife, Brenda, and granddaughter, Katya; twin sister, Elsida Cordova and sister, Eneida Martinez. The family would like to thank the wonderful care that Lily Guevara and Elia Montalvo provided with so much love. A very special thank you to Rebecca Thompson for the unconditional love, care and support throughout Elsa's life.
