Ella Wilhelmina Harris Small

Ella Wilhelmina Small, born May 24, 1928 to Willie and Lula Harris in Crowville, Louisiana, went to be with the Lord September 15, 2010 in Houston, Texas. Mrs. Small was preceded in death by her parents and several siblings, and by her husband, Robert T. Small. She is survived by daughters, Sue Warren and husband, Jim, and Cindy Suarez; grandchildren, Suzanne and Jennifer Warren, Tiffany Suarez, and Carly Walker and husband, John; great-grandchildren, Jonathan Aldana, Elayna Degeyter, and Kaylee Walker, and by numerous other family and friends.

Wilhelmina was a present member of Oak Forest Baptist Church, and formerly attended West 14th Baptist, White Oak Baptist, and Temple Oaks Baptist. She was a gifted pianist, and blessed all these churches with her music.

The family will receive friends from 2:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. Sunday, September 19, 2010 at Heights Funeral Home. The funeral service will be 10:00 a.m. Monday, September 20, 2010 at Oak Forest Baptist Church, 1700 West 43rd Street, Houston, Texas 77018. Interment will follow in Woodlawn Garden of Memories, Houston, Texas.
