Edmund S. Koh Jr.

He was born in Houston, Texas to Edmund S. Koh Sr. and Clara Kristynik Koh.

Edmund is a Veteran of World War II. For his service, he earned a Purple Heart. After his military service,

Edmund met and married Valerie Marie Koh in 1948. Ed was a member of St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church.

Edmund is reunited with his wife, and parents. He is survived by his sister Joan Thoede and husband Melvin, two sons, Edmund S Koh III and Christopher G. Koh and wife Brenda; two daughters, Cynthia Koh and Deborah Guthrie; 5 grandchildren, Kelly Thornton and husband, Drew, Kirby Sykes and husband, Freddie, Kary Ashby and husband, Taylor, Chelsea Koh, and Carly Koh; 3 great grandchildren, Laine Thornton, Grayson Thornton and Charlie Sykes; and numerous nieces and nephews, other relatives and dear friends.

Visitation with Edmund will be Wednesday, September 22, 2021 from 5PM-8PM with the Rosary and Vigil Services at 7:00pm at Pat H Foley Funeral Home, 1200 West 34th St., 77018.

Edmund will be laid to rest at Forest Park Cemetery – 6900 Lawndale Houston, Texas 77023
