Eddie Gonzales, 54, a lifelong Houstonian, was born on June 4, 1955 and passed away on May 19, 2010 surrounded by his loving family. He was preceded in death by his brother Louis Gonzales, Jr. He is survived by his wife, Beatrice Gonzales, father and stepmother; Louis and Esperanza Gonzales, mother Carolina Gonzales, six children; Joseph, Louis, Eddie Jr., Anthony, San Juanita and Anita Gonzales, eight grandchildren, brothers; David Gonzales, Benny Gonzales, Daniel Gonzales, Ramsey Gonzales and Rigo Cortez Jr., sisters; Eloise Gonzales Perez, Marilyn Gonzales Flores, Jeannette Gonzales Shearon, Annette Gonzales and Debra Molina.
Viewing will be held Sunday, May 23, 2010 in the Main Chapel from 4-9 p.m. with a Rosary at 7 p.m. Funeral will depart from Forest Park Lawndale at 9 a.m. on Monday, May 24, 2010 for a 10 a.m. Mass at Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church 4015 Sherman Houston, TX 77003.
