She is preceded in death by her parents, Enrique and Eloisa Chapa; brothers, Richard Chapa, Lawrence Chapa, and sister Orfa Gonzalez.
Left to cherish her memory is her loving husband, Refugio Vasquez; children, Gwen Galindo, Kathy Capistrano, Regina Vasquez-Link and Monica Vasquez-Ervin; son-in-laws Antonio Ervin, Sean Link, and Rogelio Galindo; grandchildren Ana Munoz, Veronica Ponce, Jasmine Ponce, Jonathan Link, Wes Sanchez, Kai Link; great-grandchildren, Emma Bish and Zaiden Munoz; siblings, Enrique T. Chapa, Jr., Armando Chapa, Judy Chapa, Carmen Chapa, Paula Chapa; numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
Visitation will be 5-9pm, on Friday, August 21, 2015 at Forest Park Lawndale Funeral Home.
Funeral Service will be 10am, Saturday, August 22, 2015, followed by graveside service at Forest Park Lawndale Cemetery.
