Don was a good friend and good client. Maria so sorry for your loss. Wish I had known so I could  pay my respects. My name is Ian Wilson I remember calling on yall in your little consignment shop with his Alamo Roofing and Siding office in the back. You always made such a lovely couple and I will never forget his kindness and loyalty to my roofing and siding brands.  God Bless you and may he rest in peace.  I am sure he is playing tennis and selling the angels a siding or window job right now.

I just read about Don's passing.  My thoughts are with you, Maria and family.  He was a kind and supportive man. May you be blessed with many good memories.  



I had the pleasure of working with Don regarding the insurance for his business.  He always called me "Doll" and loved to talk about his dog.  We shared a love of our puppies.  I will miss our phone conversations.  My heart is broken to learn of his passing.

What a wonderful & thoughtful guy . . . Don will forever be in my heart.  The blessing of our home after we moved in - only one of many fond memories thanks to Don.

Don was an angel! We loved having him out to our home because we would have so many wonderful conversations—he even came to see us perform in a theatrical performance. He was the only guest that our cat liked! We will truly miss him and we will pray for his family. 

Don was a good man, Honest, Smart,  and very much a gentleman.

It was an honor to have known him and worked with him for the last 35 years.

I knew Don from 1986 through our association in Freemasonry and the Scottish Rite. He was and always will be my dear friend and brother.

I remember him as Master of Temple Lodge and he was extremely supportive of me when I was Master of both Walter M. Pierson and Galena Park Lodges. 

I am very saddened to hear of his passing, but I take comfort that he is in Heaven making things ready for the rest of us to arrive. I know that when it is my turn I will see his bright smiling face in Heaven awaiting my arrival with a warm hug and firm handshake.

The World is but a lonelier place without Don. Rest In Peace My Brother. 

Mr.  Sabin was an entertaining soul to interact with.  He will be missed.
