Devin Jones

Devin Christopher Jones, 20, of Houston, TX, passed away September 15, 2017. He was born February 14, 1997 in Round Rock, TX, the son of Alfred and Kathleen (Cortez) Jones. He attended and graduated from Westfield High School in June 2016. During his last year of high school, Devin decided to further his education and dedicate his life to The United States Navy. He graduated boot camp in November 2016 and in March 2017, He graduated with honors from (A) School and had planned to travel with the Navy and get his degree in Welding.

Devin took every opportunity to read, listen to audio books and watch movies. One of his favorite genre was anything related to Japanese Anime. Devin was very hands on and his ability to learn and excel showed through his passion for field goal kicking, soccer and welding.

Devin is survived by his parents Alfred and Kathleen Jones; his younger brother Trevian, his grandparents, great grandmother and multiple other family members who loved and cherished him very much.

Celebration of Life Memorial will be held at Saturday, September 30, 2017 at 10:00 am at The Cook-Walden Davis Funeral home located at 2900 Williams Drive, Georgetown, TX 78628.
