David had two children, David Lee Ramsey, JR (married to Jessica) and Donna Michelle Alexander (married to Kenneth) and 6 grandchildren, Alexa Marie Ramsey, Elizabeth Grace Ramsey, Sophia Anne Ramsey, David Lee Ramsey III, Natalie Marie Alexander, and William Scott Alexander. He is survived by his wife Lan Liu and stepson Daniel Orsomarso.
