Thank you for letting me spend so many summers in your home in Houston.  James and I grew up more like brothers than cousins, and I just want to thank you for all you did.  The dinners, astroworld,  Astrodome, and an awesome collection of movies for the evenings .   Love you very much and I will always keep you close.

Goodbye, Uncle Danny. I’ll never forget the how much fun we had as children spending time with you guys. Reflecting on those times now I realize just how special they are to me. Getting to spend time with you and my cousins, eat pizza, and drink Pepsi. Perfect. I never got to say it to you but, it always seemed to me that you evoked a certain youthful, joyful energy from my father and it always made me happy to see you and he just being brothers. So thank you for that. Thank you for sharing your spirit, humor, and love with us. These great gifts you've left live on in your family and friends. You will be deeply missed and never forgotten. How could I encapsulate in a paragraph a lifetime of special, unforgettable memories. Richard remembers he(age6) and Danny(age4) playing on the perfect playground for two little boys (a large mound of dirt) behind their new house on the Northside of SA.  Another memory is  taking the both families to East Beach in Galveston, listening to music, eating and drinking, watching the kids having a good time,  until they lost Teresa and Michelle.  
May all our fond memories of Danny bring us peace and comfort.  Danny, we love you, Rest In Peace.

Grandpa was always making sure we were having fun while visiting him and the family in Houston. My favorite memory was when a group of us went camping in Austin and grandpa and I stayed by the fire while everyone else went hiking. We were super cold😂. I also loved when he took us to the space center and the Astro games, I had so much fun with him. Love you grandpa!!!❤️

My deepest condolences on the news of Dan’s death. I worked with Dan for many years at Jacobs. He was always a kind man with very few negative words. A strong spiritual person. Dan will be greatly missed.

First my condolences To Mrs Rodriguez and Family. Although I never personally met Daniel's family I felt I knew you all through Daniel , he always spoke fondly about his family. I worked with Danielson as I called him. I live in Atlanta GA, but never lost contact with my friend. I have good memories of Daniel. We often went to lunch, always talked about sports and politics. Daniel was pretty much the way the obituary describes him to be. He was my Great friend and a Trooper! I will miss you dearly my friend, You will forever be in my memories and thoughts. My last text to Danielson was 12/24/19 @ 7:55 pm to wish him and his family a Merry Christmas. Daniel may you Rest In Peace, and May God be with you now and forever.
