Dana Antionette Golden

Dana was born in Kansas City, Mo on November 30, 1952, to Albert A. Abram and Jessie E. Pinkney-Abram. Dana met and married Michael Walker Sr. (deceased) and from that union three children were born, George Walker, Michael Walker Jr, and Yolanda Walker. Due to her medical conditions Dana was unable to work outside of her home but was very proactive in helping her mother and others. Dana moved from Kansas City to San Diego with her mother and 3 children. Later in her life they all moved to Texas where she became a counselor of children at No More Victims on Masa Road.

Dana met and married Bennie J. Golden on May 21, 2000 from this union there were no children.

On December 9, 2022 Dana got her wings to be with our Lord and Savior. She was proceeded in death by her parents and eldest son George C. Walker. Left to cherish her life and memories are her son Michael Walker Jr., and daughter Yolanda Walker.

Brother Richard Abram (Dawn), Sisters Beverly A. Walker (Roy), Latonya Payne (Robert), and Grand Children Erwin Hardy, Adrianna Bartell, Zarico Walker, Vonnie Walker, George Walker lll, Marchia Walker, and Marquise Walker.

Special addition in her life Armand McGowen, Precious Folks-West and Keion Simmons.

Lifeline to Dana was her oldest nephew Donald E. Steward (Jackie).

Dana had a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends that will miss her dearly.

To me (Beverly) my sister Dana was Philanthropist, not so much financially but from her actions and heart.
