Dale Wheeler was born April 3, 1940 in Anadarko, Okla. and was promoted to be with the Lord January 17, 2012. He is survived by his loving wife, Barbara, his son Leo David, his daughter Catherine Marie, and five grandchildren, Magen, Micah, Noah, Thomas, and Kimberly. Dale moved to Houston, Texas in 1959 where he worked in the construction industry as a general contractor. He was ordained as a minister on April 4, 1993 and worked tirelessly in the prison ministry. He was a long time member of Lakewood Church and also attended Rhema Worship Center. Dale’s hope for all was that they would come to know the Lord.
A funeral service will be held Monday, January 23, 2012 at 12:30pm at Memorial Oaks Funeral Home with interment to follow at Glenwood Cemetery.
