Cheryl Diane Ware

Cheryl Diane Ware was born June 22, 1950, in Houston, Texas, to Edward G. Ware and Minnie L. Ware. As one of God’s precious gifts, she was the fifth of six children from this union.

Cheryl’s formal education began at Dodson Elementary and continued over to Jack Yates High School.

On Friday, June 16, 2023, Cheryl was summoned home. She was preceded in death by her parents, Edward and Minnie Ware; siblings, Edward G. Ware, Jr., Rosiland M. White, Yvonne A. Blouin, Carolyn A. Thomas. She is survived by her spouse, Denton Ray Turner of 43 years; and her brother, Kenneth Wayne Ware; one niece, and six nephews, Joe (Maribel), Todd (Loretta), Reginald (Vivian), Kenneth Jr. (Natasha), Cheryl Renee, Eric, Kevin; and numerous grandnieces, grandnephews and a host of other relatives and friends.

Cheryl also had a profound influence in the lives of John and Anna McAleer who she loved and cared for very much.

A visitation for Cheryl will be held Saturday, June 24, 2023 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Paradise Funeral Home, Inc, 10401 West Montgomery, Houston, TX 77088. A funeral service will follow, Saturday, June 24, 2023 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM, 10401 West Montgomery, Houston, TX 77088. The committal will follow immediately afterwards, Saturday, June 24, 2023 from 12:19 PM to 12:50 PM at PARADISE NORTH CEMETERY, 10401 W Montgomery Rd, Houston, TX 77088.
