My sweet, sweet, Charlie...
I was just a kid when you came into my life, but I instantly knew, as your aunt, that you would never go without. It was a tremendous blessing to be in your life...so many precious memories. I’ve been going over and over everything we did together and the joy you brought to my life. As a baby, I remember the echoing sound of the kisses I’d give you when your mouth was wide open, your soft skin and hair, your scent. I remember your sweet little voice when you started talking, your innocent curiosity about everything, your gentle heart, your smile, your giggle, the happiness you gave me. I remember school lunch dates, field trips, endless laughter, conversations, life lessons...everything mijo, just everything. Your heart was so pure, compassionate, forgiving, loyal, honest and patient. To know you was to love you. You touched so many’s people’s lives in ways you never knew and that mijo is a life well lived. Your Aunt Val and Uncle Tony are so very proud of you. And even though my soul hurts in a way I can’t describe, it is beautiful to know that hurt comes from genuine love...and I’d rather suffer that than no hurt at all. I will miss you mijo for the rest of my life and nothing will ever fill that void. Not a day will go by that I won’t think of you, I promise. You will always be special to me, you will always be that sweet little boy who touched my life so beautifully, you will always be my sweet little Charlie, and you will always be with me deep in my heart. I have faith that I will see you again, so you rest now mijo and know that I will love you forever.  Aunt Val.

Charlie has always been a kind and loving person since he was a child. One memory I have that will forever stay with me will be when on my wedding day at the reception I was sitting with my husband and with music all around, Charlie quietly stands next to me and whispers in my ear “You look pretty Aunt Virginia “ and then runs off. He was 7 years old. He was always that kind of a person. 
I pray to my God Jehovah that he remember Charlie and see into his heart and see that loving kindness.  A God of love will resurrect my Charlie so that he can see the earthly Paradise that the Bible promises and he will live a life that is truly a life, eternally in perfection. 

Charlie was always smiling , he was a happy young boy. I knew him when he was a young boy. Very polite and well behaved for his age. I am truly saddened to find out of his passing. May he R.I.P.

We didn't see much of each other as adults, but I will always remember the memories as kids.  We would always see each other yearly at your great-grandfathers "pig roast". We would always run around in his yard or go to your house and play with the millions of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles or play games you had. Remembering the fun we had as kids playing and no one in sight to tell us anything, will be very cherished! Thank you for the memories and the most thing I will miss about you is that beautiful smile you always had. 
My thoughts and prayers are with your mom, children and all your close family and friends. Later Cuz.

Dear Charly man I remember when we met at Walmart back 12 years ago we hung out a lot and you were family to me and my kids and wife we I would spend a lot of days with u at ur house playing video games getting tattoos and just chillin you were my only good friend u and ivy and the kids are my second family and now that you are in our hearts we will never forget you and just thank you for all the laughs and fishing trips we went on the jobs we worked together and the memories we had for the last 12 years you also were a witness when i married Angelique she also misses you deeply we were so lucky to have you in ours lives now your forever in our hearts we love you Charly RIP we will miss that laugh

Honestly, it’s hard to accept the fact that you’ll no longer be apart of my life.. I know as time went on we stopped seeing each other as often like when we were kids. Weekends at Aunt Val’s house turned in to only major holidays at Aunt Val’s. 
But I’ll never forget the time I spent with you... sitting in the back seat of the TC with Chelsie as you BLASTED music, to the point where the car was shaking lol. 
I’ll never forget watching you play video games for hours and cherishing the moments when you'd hand me a controller to play with you. 
I’ll never forget the terrifying YouTube video you showed me, making me run across Aunt Val’s house screaming my head off. Hahaha

I just want to say, Charlie, that I love you so much and I thank you. I thank you for bringing light in any situation, for making me laugh, for including me and being more than just my cousin, but like an older brother. 

Telling these stories and looking at pictures of you is making me miss you like crazy..   I wish we had more pictures together as adults but I’m grateful to have any.

We had so many memories, you were getting a soda by the break room where we worked at. I for everyone who knows me bluntly asked you for your name, and I walked right into the break room. Later that day we met again crossing past each other and I grabbed your arm and asked you to join me for my break, and you did.  I remember I pretended I didn’t know anything about cars and I asked you for your number just in case I ever got stranded, we knew it was lame but you still gave me your number with a smile. We laughed about this throughout the years. I remember I called you the next day because I was off and asked you if you ate lunch yet you didn't and we met up for lunch and that was the first time you met Brandon as well. The 3 of us finished lunch and I dropped you off back to work. I asked you if you had plans for later on and you smiled and said no want to hang out I said I guess that's a plan. We went to the movies, ate at IHOP, played pool, talked the whole night before you dropped me off in the morning you asked me to be your girl I accepted.  We had so many hilarious moments and memories we made with our kids. We loved to celebrate Halloween we would watch scary movies, our little family tradition every year, walking through those wood trails. You always carried Desi in one arm, Brandon and Adi wrapped around your waist while you guided us through the trails. I’m so, going to miss that. There are so many memories I’ve known you for 14 years, and yes we had lots of ups and downs but whose relationships are perfect but we always came through for our kids. We made it work for them, our kids are our pride and joy and even though our last year we weren’t together we were still together co-parenting our kids. I will forever cherish and love you for giving me two beautiful baby girls and raising our son to the little man he is now. We are going to miss you,  deeply!

God I don't even know what to say. I wish I was there more, that we could talk more. You were always my uncle to me and we weren't even related. You just took me in as if we were blood. I remember always going to Titis house just to play video games at irresponsible hours of the night. I remember all the car rides and the scion. I remember always telling you you should stop smoking and you telling me "Yeah I should." I hope your family's well being and peace of mind is kept. I know you'll be looking over your loved ones Tio.

Charles, my friend you will be missed from every quick come back, jokes and all our conversations we had. You were always caring, also made sure everyone was having a blast. I remember when we worked at Chuck E Cheese. You always had my back. Still remember the time when Daniel introduce me to you in the 8th grade. So many memories. All those time in township when we would all hangout. Even till Adults. My only regret is that I didn't spend more time with you my friend. This picture is when you would come over to my house after i moved from township. You always wore that polo jean jacket. Love you brother. Till we meet again. 

Scrolling through these photos shared by our family is such a wonderful reminder of how Charlie brought so much Love and Happiness to everyone around him. Every single one of us in his life are so blessed to have him as our family.

He had a lot of friends, family and hobbies he loved, but his greatest love lied with his children. My favorite visual of him is that of him looking like a big ol’ daddy duck with his 3 baby ducklings running behind him, piling into his car, and zooming off with his bass booming! I will miss his great big laugh, his millions of facial expressions, sense of humor, kindness and big bear hugs.

I pray that the stories and photos we continue to share will ease this pain in our hearts. He will forever be with each of us, the way he was in these photos. I love you SO much, “cuzin”. Thank you for being my brother and best friend. I’ll carry you with me forever.

Right before I met you I’d given up on love, lost all faith in good men still existing, but then out of nowhere I meet you a total gentleman, kind, sweet, honest, patient, loyal,the father I saw u be to ur children was one I admired very much. There are so many good qualities in you I could write a book but I’ll at stop at how much of a big heart you had.
You let me talk for hours to you and never judged me you wiped the tears from my cheeks and slowly restored my smile.
You saved me. It was impossible not to like you everything with you felt so natural it was like we be belonged like we had met in an other life. Like you said we met for a reason and although it was the most painful thing to watch I’m glad I was by your side it would’ve hurt me more if you would’ve been  alone.

I will forever hold you in my heart because of you I have faith that good men do exists.
My time with you was very short, but we both agreed  it felt like we’ve known each other forever like it was simply meant to be.

My dearest big brother Charles how im going to miss you. No amount words can express on how I feel right now. All I know is im going to cherish all the memories we had together growing up together. Since the 8th grade year till now we remain friends. Our friendship turn into a brotherhood when you looked out for me. Last year was my toughest year. You and I were side by side all last year from our toughest break up you and I had to deal with. But we deal it together. You helping me shoot my first gun and helping me purchasing my first and second gun, purchasing my first brand new car and you were by my side dealing with the death of my cousin. The fact that you and I stuck by each other side all last year. All them moments never be forgotten. Its not a goodbye but it's until we meet again.  I LOVE YOU BIG BROTHER!!! AND I'LL TRULY MISS YOU 😢 😔 😞
