Charles is survived by; son Roger Dale Roane & wife Nancy; son James Byron Roane; and son Preston Kelly Roane; brother Wilbur Roane & wife Wanda; grandchildren Trina Hattenstein & husband Jeremy, Preston Kelly Roane II & wife Amanda, Tiffany Chavera & husband Justin, Richard Christopher Roane & wife Lindsey, Doriann Smith & husband Joe, Tina Marie Cline & husband Brandon, Charles Bullard and great-grandchildren Justin Chavera, Jordin Chavera, Jace Chavera, Carter Roane, Taylor Roane, Brooke Smith, Coleman Smith, Sawyer Roane, Avery Roane, Ashlyn Cline, Bryan Cline.

Charles was preceded in death by his wife Sallie Yvonnie Roane & daughter Charla Yvonnie Bullard.

A visitation for Charles will be held Thursday, July 26, 2018 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Brookside Funeral Home, 13747 Eastex Freeway, Houston, TX 77039. A funeral service will occur Friday, July 27, 2018 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Brookside Funeral Home.
