Charles Ray Boyd

Charles Ray Boyd passed away peacefully on September 6, 2022, in Houston, Texas, surrounded by his loving family and friends. He was born on July 31, 1945 at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Houston, Texas to Sidney and La-Vern Boyd.

Charles is survived by his wife, Pam, whom he was a loving husband for 33 years. He was a proud father and grandfather and is survived by his 7 children and 12 grandchildren. He is also survived by his sister, Sidney Kay Orantes. Charles was an avid hunter and leaves behind his legacy of valuing family, friends, hard work, and loving life. He was proud to be a member of the Masonic Organization of 50 years. He will be greatly missed by his loving wife, family and friends.

Services will be held at Memorial Oaks Funeral Home – 13001 Katy Freeway, Houston, Texas

Visitation for family and friends will be from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Monday, September 12, 2022. A Funeral service will begin at 10:00 am on Tuesday, September 13, 2022. A brief graveside service will follow at Memorial Oaks Cemetery.
