Carlos Paredes Medina

He was born on October 30, 1928 in Mexico to parents Pedro Medina and Guadalupe Paredes. Carlos was preceded in death by his parents; and wife Myrtice.

He leaves behind daughter Angelica Medina, Stepsons, Richard Hallmark, wife Frances Hallmark Timothy Gillespie, wife Nancy Gillespie & James Hallmark. Grandchildren Stephanie Medina & Michael Florian, along with great-grandchildren, Johnny V. Wilson, Ishmael, Adriana, and Noah Florian. As well, his beloved dog Chico Medina, and a host of family and friends.

As, a Young Man, Carlos P. Medina was a brave Soldier for his country, helping support his family; he later in life found his true love and planted his feet in Conroe Texas. In Conroe, he and his beloved wife of 40 years would live happily ever after, caring for their dogs; seeing how they both had a great love for furry animals.

We give thanks to the Lord for blessing this compassionate, thoughtful, wonderful man for 88 years of life and can't wait till we are reunited with him once again.

The family will receive friends for visitation Sunday, November 13, 2016 from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm, and the Funeral service Monday, November 14, 2016 at 2:00pm in the Family Chapel at Brookside Funeral Home, 13747 Eastex Freeway, Houston, Texas 77039, followed by a burial at Brookside Funeral Home.
