Brad Smith was born in Detroit, Michigan on August 28, 1962 to David and Marion Smith. He went to be with Jesus Christ his Lord and Savior on Sunday, August 18, 2013.
Brad was dearly loved by all who knew and met him, his wife of 22 years and their dogs Henry and Shelby.
He is survived by his wife, Yvette; his parents Marion Beall, David and step-mother Patti Smith of San Diego, California; he was preceded in death by his step-father Ray Beall and brother Kevin Smith; parents-in-law Pastors Al and Pat Garcia; sister Nancy Webster and brother-in-law Steve Webster and family; brother-in-law Al Garcia III and wife Tara; Step-brothers John and Michael Beall and family; and by family from North Carolina and San Antonio, Texas.
Brad was a Metro Police officer for 23 years and he proudly served his country in the United States Air Force.
Brad served the Lord in several ministries at his church, Faith Healing Ministries, with the Youth Ministries being his favorite.
