Billy Dean Hayes, born on August 25, 1930, passed away September 26, 2013. He is preceded in death by: mother, Ruth Dunn Hayes; father, John Winston Hayes; stepmother, Mary Hayes; son, Michael Hayes. Billy leaves to cherish his memory: loving wife, Peggy Hayes of Houston, Texas; daughters: Alma Knigge & husband Curtis of Dallas, Texas, Christine Hayes of Houston, Texas, Irene Hayes of Knoxville, Tennessee; 9 grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren; sisters: Margie McKnight, Sue Woodall, Jessie Hayes; brother, J.W. Hayes; along with other loving family & friends. He proudly served and retired from the United States Air Force. Billy later worked as a Physician's Assistant with the Harris County Sheriff's Department and later retired in the year of 1993.
