Betty Lou Rinn Kelley

Betty Lou (Rinn) Kelley was born in Bellville, Texas on Monday, November 8, 1943, to parents Lenley Reinhold Rinn and Slavina Annie (Marek) Rinn. She went to be with her Lord on Wednesday, March 30, 2016, at the age of 72.

Betty is survived by her devoted husband of nearly 50 years, Davis Eugene "Gene" Kelley; daughter Kim, her husband Rick, and their children Dylan, Tiffany and Rebecca; son Scott, his wife Heather, and their children Ryan, Kyle, Tyler, Wyatt and Rylee; and son Jason Kelley, his wife Shan, and their children Iain and Aiden. She is also survived by her sister Margie Stalbaum, her husband Werner Lee, sister Billie Wright, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, other family and many dear friends. Betty was preceded in death by her parents.

Family and friends gathered to share memories and celebrate this wonderful woman's life at a visitation from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. on Monday, April 4th at Waltrip Funeral Directors, 1415 Campbell Road in Houston, where funeral services were held in the chapel at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, April 5th with Reverend Andrew "Andy" Sytsma officiating.

Following a brief reception at the funeral home, family and friends departed for Houston National Cemetery, 10410 Veterans Memorial Drive, also in Houston, where committal services were scheduled for 1:15 p.m.
