He was married to Herminia Toscano for 35 treasured years. Apolinar was a self-made man, whose hard work and dedication led to him becoming the owner of his very own landscaping business. It was there that he worked up until his very last days. He had a passion for his beloved team, the Houston Astros, and enjoyed the peace of his many fishing trips. Above all, he deeply loved his family and nothing could compare to the time he spent with them.
Apolinar is survived by his mother, Francisca Toscano; children, Christina Tovar and spouse Enrique, Gabriela Galvan and spouse Sigifredo, Cassandra Toscano, Monica Duarte and spouse Armando, Alexis Toscano, Luis Hernandez, and Adriana Ramirez. He is also survived by his grandchildren, great grandchildren, three brothers, and six sisters.
A Memorial Service will be held in his honor on Saturday, July 28th beginning at 12:30 p.m. inside the Chapel of American Heritage Funeral Home, 10710 Veterans Memorial Drive, Houston Texas 77038. A Reception will take place following the service from 1:30-3:30 p.m. inside the Event Room of American Heritage Funeral Home.
