Anthony Thomas Garcia, age 17, passed away suddenly on Wednesday, July 19, 2023. He was born on November 15, 2005, in Houston, Texas. He was a student at Spring High School and would have been entering the 12th grade this fall.
Anthony was well-known in his circle of family and friends for his love of baseball and the Houston Astros. He especially loved spending part of his spare time with his many friends playing video games and working out at the gym. Above all, he loved spending time with his large family and enjoying family gatherings.
Anthony is survived by his devoted mom, Karen Garcia, dad, Tomas Garcia, loving sister Kiley Garcia, and loving brother Joseph Lopez. He is also survived by his grandparents, many aunts, uncles, nephews and cousins, as well as many other loving relatives. He will be forever missed and held closely in our hearts.
A visitation for Anthony will be held Thursday, July 27, 2023 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at Brookside Funeral Home, 13747 Eastex Freeway, Houston, TX 77039, followed by a funeral service at 5:00 PM.
