We loved your dearest Dad very much and we will always remember him for his beautiful and uplifting spirit, generous and kind heart.

He will surely be missed as he was the rock in our family. I would always ask him for advice on finances or just general information.  He would always tell me it’s just advice take it or leave it.
 We had a lot of good times together while we were fishing or just visiting.  He sure did love watching the Astros. He is in heaven fishing all the streams and rivers to feed everyone.
He sure did like the way my wife fixed popcorn for him just about on a nightly basis.  Him and I would be sitting at the table making a mess like we should not be doing and I would tell him dad the boss is home and his reply would be we better clean this up before she gets home . Lol

He taught  so many people to fish and just have fun in life.  Whatever you do don’t roll them up short. 

May you Rest In Peace Dad  I love you and Mom both. I will miss you both but we will meet again one day in heaven. I will try to fill your shoes here  but it is going to be hard . 


I am going to miss you mr.cole I am glade you and your wife come into my life I loved the story you told me as we set around the table now you can be with your loving wife this is not goodbye we will see each other someday give a big hug to your wife for me 

I always thought of Al as my Uncle instead of Cousin lol.  Spent lots of time growing up with the family.  Many memories of him taking us night fishing and the  amazement of how many fish was caught.  Then the cleaning of the fish that morning before we could go to bed. Memories of the smell of coffee in the kitchen and him yelling at Donna and me to stop giggling so loud.  I'll never forget him and Bonnie.  Will always keep a special place in my heart to store fond memories being there .

We had a special bond Alvin and I. He was always so positive no matter the circumstance. He trusted me with his care 100%. I will miss you so much. Always followed how are you feeling with “purty good” Much love you and your family Mr Cole. May we one day ride a b-52 together in the heavens!

Pawpaw was the Best great grandfather my kids could ever ask for.  He adored my children and they loved him just as much. We will miss him so much!!  I will miss his stories of when he was younger. RIP Pawpaw we love you. Your grandson Chris will think about you every time he is on the boat.  Pawpaw loved my youngest he would get so excited when she ould FaceTime him or went to see him. He would say is that my Ella Grace he's the only one that uses her middle name. She would get so excited also and say it's me Pawpaw.  I love you so much and will miss you
