Adaeze was born on July 18, 1984 in Houston, TX to Chudi and Nonyem Okongwu. She graduated from Alief Elsik High School in 2002. Adaeze went on to Washington D.C. to attend George Washington University and graduated with two degrees in Political Science and International Affairs. Adaeze began working under political analyst and CNN contributor Donna Brazile. Adaeze then travel to the United Kingdom where she obtained a Masters Degree. Adaeze developed a heart for under privileged nations and was determined to help improve conditions in those countries. She worked for Lutheran World Relief and Save the Children, two non-profit companies that aligned with her passion and goals.
Adaeze truly loved life and lived it to the fullest. She had a deep love for travel, the outdoors, cooking, gardening, going to church, and spending time with her friends and her family. Most importantly, Adaeze loved her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Adaeze is survived by her parents, Chudi and Nonyem; and her siblings, Obinna, Nwabundo and Nwadiogo.
