Visitation and funeral services will be observed on Saturday, October 8, 2022, from 12:00PM until funeral time at 2:00PM at St. Peter Baptist Church 669 LA-55 Montegut, LA 70377. Burial will follow at Bisland Cemetery in Bourg, LA.
Janet is survived by her son, Earl Daniel Frye, III. Brothers, Rudy Preston, Clayton Preston and sisters, Sheila (Aaron) Watson, Sharonlyn (Junius) Vincent and Pam Preston. Two grandchildren, Tyrell Frye and Kameron Frye.
Janet was preceded in death by her father, Rudolph Preston, Sr., and mother, Priscilla Carter Preston. Husband, Elijah Frye and sister, Regina Preston Morris.
