A memorial service for Bill Waters, Jr., 67, of Hot Springs, Arkansas, will be held 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, December 11, 2019, at Gross Funeral Home.
Bill was born June 2, 1952 to the late Arlice and Barbara (Brown) Waters, Sr. Bill is preceded in death by a son Michael Waters.
He is survived by his wife of 20 years, Vallerie Waters; children Bobby Waters (Carey) and Brandon Craig; sister Delphia May Wright; 4 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
