Mary Irene Hurst, 89, of Hot Springs, Arkansas, passed away Sunday, November 14, 2021.
She was born July 10, 1932 in Beech, Arkansas to the late E.J. & Bertha (Douglas) Hyman.
She was preceded in death by her husbands Carl Leonard Wilburn of Texarkana, Arkansas and Truitt Hurst of Douglas, Texas; 4 daughters Linda Ewing, Mary Hughes, Maudie Varner, Sharon Moorehead and infant Carlas Marie Wilburn; 3 grandchildren Sherry, Robbie and John Allen.
Survivors include her children, David Wilburn (Patty) of Mountain Pine, Arkansas, Gary Wilburn (Kelly) of Houston, Texas, Terri Fathree (Robert) of Douglas, Texas and Lisa Davis of Glenwood, Arkansas; sisters Cathy Adams of Hot Springs Village, Arkansas and Joann Sawyer of Jackson, Mississippi. Irene is also survived by 15 grandchildren, Ronnie, Stephanie, Daniel, Angie, Joshua, Aimee, Justin, Melody, Bethany, Tai, Lindsey, Dylan, Brandon, Jeremy, Logan and 22+ great-grandchildren.
