David Ray Thompson passed away peacefully on August 31, 2022 as he sat on the porch, overlooking water, for the final time. David was born December 13, 1948, in Little Rock, Arkansas to John and Betty Thompson.
He is survived by his three children, Tracy Bryson (Clint), Tina Capps (Brad), Allen Thompson (Mandy); nine grandchildren; three great grandchildren; his sister, Virgina Crawford; and his brother, JW Thompson; as well as several nieces and nephews.
He is predeceased by his mother, father, and three brothers.
David was an avid sportsman, he loved being at any ballpark, fishing, or simply just being outside. He also enjoyed playing pool, baggo, and throwing horseshoes with friends and family.
He will be missed by friends and family alike.
