Sam was an adventurous woman who loved to be outdoors. She loved to camp, fish, and she loved flowers. She liked to cook and was good at it. She had a passion for BINGO and played up until very recently with her family. Sam was a laid back lady who could have a good time as long as she was with those she loved. She was funny and could be a little slick with her sense of humor. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend. Sam was the rock of her family and was really the glue that held everyone together. She was a lifetime member of the Loyal Order of The Moose, Fayetteville Chapter. In honor of Sam, there will forever be a bottle under the sink.
Sam is preceded in death by her husband, Henry Royce Benson; her son, Gary Benson; her parents, Jaddie and Myrtlene Dallas; her brothers, Jerry Dallas, Buddy Dallas, and Wayne Dallas; as well as her sister, Myrtle "Tootsie" Dallas.
