Catherine Delores Peters, affectionately known as "dolly" and "Dee" passed away on February 28, 2021.
She was born on February 22, 1941 to Gerhart and Yvette Peters. She was preceded in death by her parents as well as her brother John Kitson.
She is survived by her children Jeffrey Blankenship (Julie), Michelle Luther (Billy), and Carlo Blankenship; sister Ruth Ann Black; four grandchildren; two great grandchildren and an aunt Natalie Meyers as well as a host of other family and friends from Virginia, Ohio, California, and all over the country.
She enjoyed music, the beach, and tennis, but especially spending time with her family.
