Funeral Service will be held on December 13, 2013 at Borthwick Mortuary-Makai Chapel located at 1330 Maunakea St. Honolulu, HI 96817. Visitation will begin at 11:30 am and Service at 12:15 pm. Burial to follow at Hawaiian Memorial Park Cemetery at 2:00 pm.
