HERBERT MUN GIT CHUN, 82, of Kaneohe, died on February 24, 2011 at Hawaii Medical Center East. Born in Honolulu. He was a retired electrical planner estimator with the Public Works Center at Pearl Harbor. He also served un the U. S. Army. Survived by his wife, Hanae; son, Curtis (Marci) Chun; daughter, Alison (Troy) Shigenaga; 4 grandchildren; brothers, John (Carol) Chun, Kenneth (Alice) Chun, Benjamin (Thelma) Chun and Harry (Marilyn) Chun; sisters Murial Char & Mabel Medeiros.
