Happy Birthday Daddy!  Thank you for 39 amazing years of love, laughter, and happiness.  We've had our differences and we've had our agruments and I cherish those times just as much as I cherish the good times.  Through the good and the bad times I have NO REGRETS!  Who I am today is partly because of you and what you've teached me.  I try to teach Anthony Thomas what I've learned from you and I hope to be as good of a teacher as you are.  I miss you so much!  Thank you for being such a good provider and role model for our family.  You were so strong through your battle with cancer.  You showed us that suffering through an illness didn't have to be such a sad experience.  You constantly put us first even when we fussed over you...even when you were weak and tired from the pain.  You smiled when inside you were in so much pain.  Our last month together was nothing less than amazing.  For God gave us that time to be with each other and enjoy our time together.  Even when there were no words to be said...being by your side was the only place I wanted to be.  I stil can't believe that I can't just walk in the next room and watch over you as you sleep.  But I know that God's plan had to be done and that you are in a much better place than we are.  I thank God that you no longer suffer in silence.  I thank you for all that you've done for us over the years.  And you continue to support us even now that you've gone.  You are one in a million!  I am so proud and blessed to be your daughter.  I love you daddy!

I was small kine when you married in to the Kunipo Ohana marrying my sister Cheryl. I was afraid of you at first, cuz I was like, wow, he big! In time though,I knew you were the koolest braddah in law!I will truly miss you and smile everytime I think of you. Thank you for all the fun times,times I will always cherish and the nickname you gave me,"Jensen Speakers" becuz of my loud mouth. You've done an awesome job in taking care of my sister and your children and I thank you for that. May you rest in peace. Give Dad and all our ohana who went before us a hug and kiss for me. Words cannot express the amount of “Aloha” we have for you! You took on an important
role and became a  “Kunipo” when you married my sister Cheryl. As the oldest girl (of eight girls) we looked up to Cheryl and still do to this very day. We were raised to look out for each other especially watching over and taking care of our younger siblings. When you became a part of our Ohana, you embraced our ways because you loved my sister with all of your heart, as she did you. I thank Jesus for you; your kokua (in so many ways), guidance and inspirational talks that you shared with us. I remember when you co-signed my loan for my first car (1972 Volkswagen Super Beetle). All I heard from my sister is, “you know Anthony doesn't co-sign for anyone so you better make sure you pay your loan off.” And yes, I did pay the loan off. I thank you again for your support. There are so much good memories of you and your family that I will always cherish. Your legacy will continue with the wonderful children you have raised Manulani & Kalani Boy and your grandchildren now and in the near future. We will never forget you Braddah Tony for you have had a positive and most loving impact on the “Kunipos.” May you be having a few with our Dad, Uncle Oboy , Braddah Russell and the rest of our Ohana in Heaven.
