Alyssa Rae Guzman, of Kapolei, Hawaii passed away on Saturday November 23, 2013, at the age of seven. She was born in Honolulu, Hawaii and is survived by her father, Jason Guzman; mother, Kristy Guzman; brother, Johnathan De Soto Jr.; grandmothers, Dot Aguigui, Annie Quinene, Antonita Cabrito; grandfathers, Juan Guzman and Antonio Duenas.
Funeral Service for Alyssa Rae will be held at Borthwick Mortuary - Maunakea Chapel, located at 1330 Maunakea St. Honolulu, HI 96817 on December 4, 2013. Visitation will begin at 9:00 AM and Service at 10:00 am. Burial to follow at Hawaiian Memorial Park Cemetery at 2:00 PM. Casual or Aloha attire.
